2. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on or reads from a device. Local storage keeps information in the browser without automatically sending it with every request. Similar technologies include pixels, SDKs, identifiers, scripts, cache and other tools that access information on the terminal device.
Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code also applies to technologies other than cookies. This policy therefore describes both cookies and the other identifiers used by the website and application.
3. Categories
- Strictly necessary: used for security, authentication, Account management, requested preferences and operation. They do not require consent.
- Analytics: measure use and performance. They require consent, except in the limited cases where they are configured as aggregate statistics treated as technical tools under the rules of the Italian Data Protection Authority.
- Non-essential preferences: personalise non-requested functions. They are activated only with consent when required by law.
- Marketing and profiling: track interests or behaviour for advertising and campaigns. They require prior consent.

The names and duration of Google cookies depend on configuration and any Google session already present on the device. Purposeful does not use those cookies for its own advertising. You can avoid this processing by choosing email-and-password sign-in.
7. Analytics, marketing and profiling
As of the inventory date, no analytics, advertising, retargeting, social pixel or profiling services are active on ialive.it or workspace.ialive.it. In particular, this policy does not automatically authorise Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, PostHog, Sentry with user tracking, or equivalent tools.
Before introducing non-essential tools, Purposeful will:
- update the inventory with name, provider, domain, purpose, data, duration and transfers;
- block the tools before consent;
- display a banner with “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Customise” with equal prominence;
- record the choice and allow it to be changed with the same ease.
8. Legal basis
Strictly necessary technologies are used to carry out the User’s request and provide an information society service under Article 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code. Subsequent processing follows the legal bases described in the Privacy Policy.
Any non-essential technology will be activated only after free, specific, informed and demonstrable consent. Continuing to browse or scrolling does not by itself constitute consent.
9. How to manage or delete browser data
You can delete cookies and site data from your browser settings. Deleting access_token and refresh_token causes sign-out; deleting ialive-theme restores the default theme.
Blocking necessary technologies may prevent sign-in, session operation or some functions. Blocking non-essential technologies must not prevent essential use of the website or Service.
10. Consent management
Because the current inventory contains only necessary technologies or technologies activated on request for sign-in, general cookie consent is not required. If non-essential technologies are introduced, a persistent “Manage cookie preferences” link will allow each choice to be rejected, withdrawn or changed.
After a refusal, the banner will not be shown again for six months unless there are significant changes, the choice is deleted or it is technically impossible to recognise it.
11. Recipients and transfers
Technical information may be processed by the providers listed in the table and the parties described in the Privacy Policy. For transfers outside the EEA, adequacy decisions, the Data Privacy Framework for covered recipients or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate measures are used.
12. Updates and periodic review
Purposeful periodically reviews the website and application and updates the inventory when scripts, SDKs, integrations or providers change. The date of the latest review is shown at the beginning. You can report differences or request information at info@purposeful-revelations.it.
