In brief. Aliv@ uses generative artificial intelligence systems. AI can make mistakes: outputs must be checked before they are used for relevant activities or decisions. Some images on the site are illustrative and may have been created with AI tools; unless otherwise stated, they do not depict real clients, professionals, testimonials or premises.

1. Where artificial intelligence is used

Aliv@ uses generative AI models and document search and retrieval systems to assist users with matter organisation, analysis, research, drafting and other activities made available by the service.

The use of AI does not turn an output into a professional decision or an official source. For limitations, verification duties and user responsibilities, see the Terms of Use e alla pagina Control and security.

2. Human control and limitations

Generation is probabilistic and may produce errors, omissions, inaccurate references or conclusions that do not apply to the specific matter. Purposeful designs Aliv@ so that sources, context, assumptions and points requiring verification remain as recognisable as possible, but it does not claim that the system is infallible.

The user remains responsible for verification and the final decision. In particular, before communicating, signing, filing or using an output, facts, sources, citations, deadlines, calculations and applicability to the specific matter must be checked.

3. Illustrative images and synthetic content

Some photographs or illustrative scenes on ialive.it may have been created using artificial intelligence tools and subsequently selected or editorially reviewed by Purposeful Revelations S.r.l.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the people, environments and situations shown in illustrative images are fictional. They are not testimonials, clients, retained professionals, employees or real premises of Purposeful or Aliv@.

Images are used to represent work situations and editorial concepts, not to attribute statements, conduct or endorsements to real people that they did not make.

4. Product screens

Screens presented as the Aliv@ interface are taken from the product or from demonstration environments consistent with the product. To protect confidentiality, they may contain fictional, anonymised or sanitised data and may be cropped or adapted for graphic presentation.

Screens must not be interpreted as a promise that every function, item of content, availability or configuration shown is included in every Plan: the functions actually available in the service and the conditions shown before activation prevail.
